Marilyn Bothello Wins World Super Model India 2016

Marilyn Bothello was crowned as World Super Model India 2016 on 13’ February 2016 at Take it Easy Lounge at Link Road, Andheri after defeating 8 other strong competitors. She will now compete at World Supermodel 2016 which is slated to take place in South Africa on 21’ March 2016.
Marilyn was a hot favorite to win the title. Marilyn has an extremely exotic and captivating aura, and she knows how to work the runway as a pro. Being a spontaneous speaker, Marilyn easily won the hearts of the jury on the coronation gala, and was crowned as the deserving titleholder.

Odisha girl bags runner-up title at World Supermodel India contest

Odisha beauty Rhea Resham Bari has brought pride to the state by winning the first runner up title at World Supermodel India pageant 2016 held in Mumbai. The winner– Marilyn Bothello– will compete at the World pageant slated to take place in South Africa on March 21.
The 20-year-old has been modelling since the age of 17. She has been involved in several portfolio shoots and has worked for online fashion brands. Ambitious and happy-go-lucky person, she has also participated in La Mode Bangalore’s Top Model Hunt 2015 and Campus Diva 2016.

World Supermodel Pageant is one of the most prestigious modeling award ceremonies in the World,that will be held on Feb 13th and 14th.

The Winner of World Supermodel Pageant will have the opportunity to promote the healthy Life Style she lives, the Clothes / Jewelry she wears, the beauty products and Make-up she chooses as her sporting and career interests. The National competition in India for the Nation’s aspiring and reigning models in the age group of 20years – 30 years will be held regardless of their marital status and One winner will be chosen as representative of India for World Supermodel Pageant.

Marilyn Bothello was crowned World Supermodel India 2016 after few weeks of preparation and during the final, held on February 13th, 2016 at Take it Easy Lounge at Link Road, Andheri . The beauty queen will now represent India in World Supermodel 2016 contest that shall be held in South Africa in March 2016. She battled out 8 other contestants in the contest to win the first title of this modeling contest.
During the same event, Mansi Kadian was crowned World Supermodel India Teen 2016 will now represent India in World Supermodel Teen 2016 contest that shall be held in South Africa in March 2016. She defeated 5 other contestants in these pageant to win the crown.

WSPI – Tell us about your experience at the 10th annual World Supermodel Production in Macau. How did you prioritise yourself for the international debut?

Summer – My experience at the World Supermodel production in Macau has by far been one of the most memorable journeys that I will cherish forever. Meeting and spending qualitative time with other delegates from different parts of the world, making lovely friends for life.. that was an amazing opportunity to gain so much knowledge from influential and experienced people from different industries. It was an honour.

WSPI – You were unfortunately ‘under the weather’ for a few days during the pageant. How did you cope up with the lost time since you were judged and scored for every activity and every minute?

During the recently concluded World Supermodel India 2017 Finals, two girls were crowned as the official Indian delegates to represent our country in Macau during World Supermodel Production 2017 Edition.

Summer Jacobs from Pune, Maharashtra was declared as the Teen delegate while Renuka Kaushal from Chandigarh was crowned as official delegate from India for the adult category. Monal Jagtani and Ruth Charlesworth were crowned as runner up in Teen and Adult category, respectively.

The event was hosted by Yellow Umbrella on 21st April in Mumbai and the whole event was covered by many pageant media houses. Yellow Umbrella is known for path-breaking ventures and with this pageant, the company has succeeded in making pageantry very simple and participation even simpler.

Renuka Kaushal the daughter of a Naval officer Parshottam Singh has won the World Supermodel India 2017 Contest in Mumbai at the age of 24, she now plans to head for Macau where the International Super Model contest is being held which has produced models like Gigi Hadid to name a few.

Summer Jacobs from Pune was crowned as the winner of recently concluded World Supermodel India 2017 pageant in Mumbai. After which she made an impressive appearance in India’s Next Top Model Season 3.She stands 5’7″ tall and is currently pursuing her education in Arts. Campus Princess 2016 season 2 finalist, Summer Jacobs was crowned World Teen Supermodel India 2017 at the grand finale of the prestigious pageant, held in Mumbai.
Summer will represent India at Macau during the 10th Annual World Supermodel Production which will be held from 21st May to 28th May 2017. She will be competing against 50 countries for the coveted title.
At the finale, the finalists went through a number of preliminary competitions which included swimwear round, self-presentation, communication and inter-personal skills. All the girls underwent rigorous grooming sessions and multiple workshops during the prelude of this event.

Pune’s 19-year-old model Summer Jacobs has made Pune proud by winning World Supermodel India. She is now all set to land at Macau to contest at the international level.

We caught up with the lady to get an insight into the life and the things that come with the title of a supermodel

She was one of the top 10 finalists at the Miss India beauty pageant in 2014. She also went on to runner up position at the world supermodel contest. Born in Shringeri, she has lived in several cities as her father is an officer with the Indian Air Force. Sangeetha S, who had essayed the role of Sathi in Hara Hara Mahadeva, a mythological drama on Star Suvarna, is back again as Sathi! The model-turned-actress, who makes her silverscreen debut in the Kannada film A-Plus, which was a sort of sequel to the Real Star hit film A, talks about her return to screen essaying the role of Sathi, and about her acting journey into Bollywood and more.

Instead of leaving it to destiny to make plans for her, Rhea Resham believes ”we have just one life and I want to live it with no regrets; at the end of the day, what matters is how happy and content a person is.” This positivity continues to serve her well as she enters the world of professional modelling as finalist of Glam Icon.
